FAQ
- You have/had to be a subscriber on Twitch and activate Kapps.
- You don't have to keep being a subscriber in order to re-activate Kapps. (Make sure you activate Kapps after subscribing first time)
- After your subscription expires, you will be able to login and activate Kapps as if you were a subscriber.
- If you were a Twitch subscriber before and activated Kapps, you can login and activate Kapps right now.
- If you are currently a Prime Gaming subscriber, then you don't need to do anything and don't subscribe again.
- If you are currently a regular Twitch subscriber, then proceed with unsubscribing.

- if you don't see your sub on this website, give it a minute then logout and login again
- if website says that you are a subscriber, and after pressing Activate button in Kapps, it still doesn't activate it, then disable all extensions in your browser as they can interfere with activating process
- connect your Amazon and Twitch accounts in your Twitch Settings page
- subscribe to kutu182 Twitch channel using Prime option. If Prime option is grayed out, that means you have already used your free subscription on somebody else's channel this month, or you are on your Amazon Prime trial period.

If you use anti-virus, then add Kapps to exception list. All exe files related to Kapps located here:

- disable anti-virus and install Kapps again
- download Kapps' install file using different browser
- launch Kapps as Administrator
- in command prompt execute
wmic CsProduct Get UUID, if it doesn't return UUID, then google "repair wmic"
I open Racing Overlay and I'm sitting in my car in iRacing, but Racing Overlay doesn't show any info
- go to Apps → Logs page and check that there is info appears, and not just gray rectangle. If there is no info, then your antivirus deleted server.exe file, you need to add Kapps' files into exception list of your antivirus (see above) and install Kapps again
- clear IP Address field in System section of Racing Overlay
- enable/disable Hardware Acceleration in Kapps → Settings
- disable Nvidia G-Sync
- disable Nvidia Surround (Triple Screen without Nvidia Surround by Dan Sosulski)
- disable Game Mode in Windows, and GPU Scheduling (type Graphics Settings in Windows Search)
- if using OBS, launch OBS as admin
- reduce Render FPS for Relatives
- reduce iRacing's Graphics settings
- try experimental Open in iRacing feature (can also reduce FPS in System section for this feature)
- alternatively you can open Racing Overlay or Fuel Calculator in a browser of your phone/tablet, go to About page of Racing Overlay or Fuel Calculator and follow Dual PC Streaming section
- one user reported that after replacing CMOS battery and resetting BIOS helped eliminate stutters
No. But you can open individual layers of Racing Overlay as separate windows and pin them into VR through OVR Toolkit:
- uncheck all options of Open Layers setting in System section
- press Open Layers in Windows
- pin opened windows to your VR with OVR Toolkit
Racing Overlay is only intended to work in Windowed Mode, for that you need to set in iRacing's Graphics settings to not use Fullscreen and also uncheck Border, then restart iRacing.
Alternatively you can try experimental feature, that let you run Racing Overlay in Fullscreen mode - Open in iRacing, you can find that button along side with Open in a Window on Racing Overlay settings page.

You have option Hide when in Replay Screen enabled for Standings
iRacing doesn't provide fuel level info when you are not in your car
- uninstall 3rd party overlay programs like RivaTuner
- scroll down in Racing Overlay settings until System section, press pencil icon button of Show on Displays option, and input your screen resolution into W and H fields
- assign Keybind to open Racing Overlay and while in fullscreen press the keybind (issue might be that while you are in alt+tab mode resolution that you set exceeds the resolution of iRacing window)

%AppData%\Kapps folder. After fresh Windows install, you can copy that folder back in place and install KappsDisable Firewall Rules option in Kapps → Settings
- disable Nvidia shadowplay overlay
- scroll down in Racing Overlay settings until System section, press pencil icon button of Show on Displays option, and input your screen resolution into W and H fields reduced by 1 pixel
- enable/disable Hardware Acceleration in Kapps → Settings
- uncheck pencil icon button for Background Color option in System section
- clear IP Address field
- Wipe your Kapps settings by exiting Kapps and renaming

try turn off Hardware Acceleration in Kapps → Settings.
Standings size is set according to your settings. If you want to make it look smaller, consider changing Font Size or other settings.
You have to use NightDev KapChat (Free) or RutonyChat (Paid $15). Copy generated chat link, go to Racing Overlay settings page, scroll down, add new Custom Overlay, and paste the link there.
